What are your office hours?

Our office is open Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm, and Saturday from 9am to 3pm. We are closed on Sundays. However, tenants have 24/7 access to their storage units.

Do I need to make an appointment to rent a storage unit?

While appointments are not required, we recommend calling ahead to ensure a staff member will be available to assist you. You can also start the rental process online through our reservation form.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, and cash (in-office only). We also offer automatic payment options for your convenience.

Rental Information

What is the minimum rental period?

Our minimum rental period is one month. We offer month-to-month rentals with no long-term commitment required.

Do I need insurance for my stored items?

While we maintain a secure facility, we recommend having insurance for your stored belongings. You may check if your homeowner's or renter's insurance covers items in storage, or we can provide information about storage insurance options.

How do I pay my monthly rent?

We offer several convenient payment options including online bill pay, automatic payments, phone payments, or in-person at our office during business hours.

What happens if I miss a payment?

If a payment is missed, a late fee will be applied. Multiple missed payments may result in restricted access to your unit and eventually a lien on the contents. We encourage you to contact us immediately if you anticipate payment issues.

What sizes of storage units do you offer?

Do you offer climate-controlled units?

Yes, we offer climate-controlled units that maintain a consistent temperature range to protect sensitive items from extreme heat or cold.

What items are prohibited in storage units?

Prohibited items include flammable materials, hazardous chemicals, perishable items, live animals or plants, and illegal substances. Please ask our staff if you have questions about specific items.

Can I store a vehicle in a storage unit?

Yes, our larger units can accommodate vehicles such as cars, motorcycles, and small boats. Vehicles must be registered, insured, and in operational condition. Please contact us for specific requirements.

Access & Security

How do I access my storage unit?

Upon renting a unit, you'll receive a personal access code for our electronic gate. This code allows you to enter the facility 24/7. You'll also need to provide your own lock for your unit.

What security features does your facility have?

Our facility features 24/7 video surveillance, electronic gate access, perimeter fencing, and bright lighting throughout the property. Our staff also performs regular property checks.

Can someone else access my storage unit?

Only individuals listed on the rental agreement are authorized to access the unit. If you want to grant access to someone else, you must add them to your agreement by visiting our office.
